The Marc Sangnier Colloquium was successfully held on December 5, 2024, at the Catholic University of Paris, bringing together key figures from politics, religion, and civil society. The event honored the legacy of Marc Sangnier, a pioneer of Christian democracy and popular education.

Mr. Stefan Gigacz, Former IYCW/JOCI President and a member of the International Task Force, participated as a panelist, alongside prominent political leaders, religious representatives, and diplomats.

Among the notable attendees were Mr. Roshan Melwyn Lobo, Secretary General of IYCS, Mr. Roy Ibrahim, Outgoing Programme Coordinator of IYCS, and Ms. Claire, National Coordinator of JEC France.

The colloquium provided a platform for discussions on democracy, social transformation, and youth engagement. The International Young Catholic Students (IYCS) acknowledges the contributions of all participants and remains committed to fostering dialogue and action for a just society.
